- The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- The item must not be on the non-refundable list (such as sale items or customized products).
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for a refund. These include:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized items
Please carefully check product descriptions before purchasing to ensure the item is refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you would like to request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, along with a brief reason for your request.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Please do not send items back to us without first contacting us and receiving a Return Authorization Number.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our refund conditions, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 7-10 business days.
- The refund will only cover the item price; shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the item is returned in a condition that does not meet our refund policy, we reserve the right to reject the refund request or issue a partial refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sukikawaiiland@gmail.com. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to return the defective item, and we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement item, depending on your preference.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. Late or Missing Refunds

8. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
