Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Suki Kawaii! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our return and exchange policy below for details on how we handle returns.
1. Return Period
We accept returns for items within 30 days of the date you received your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- The item must not be on the non-returnable list (such as personalized or sale items).
3. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made items
Please ensure that you check the product details before making a purchase.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at sukikawaiiland@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the item back.
Please do not send any returns to us without first contacting our team and receiving your RAN.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is safely delivered to us.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Refunds and Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- If your return is approved, you will receive a refund for the item price, minus the shipping fees.
- If your item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return policy, we reserve the right to reject the return or offer a partial refund.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sukikawaiiland@gmail.com. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back, and we will issue a full refund or exchange for the damaged product.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.
